Ceremony
In order to inspire and motivate your kids, Tan Lua Vang Company holds a commendation ceremony every year. The students who are the offspring of employees have excelled in their academics throughout the past year. Good news for the kids who put in a lot of effort in the 2022–2023 school year: this school year is still being held with more students than it did the year before.
On Sunday, July 9, 2023, the company Tan Lua Vang hosted the annual study encouraging event. With a total of 42 students hailing from a wide variety of educational institutions and having achievements that are considered to be typical for the academic year 2022-2023.
The number for the 2022–2023 academic year consists of:
+ Level 1 (Grades 1–5): 21 pupils
Plus Grades 6-9 (Second Level): 9 pupils
Plus 12 kids in high school (grades 10–12)
Over ninety-five percent of the children and their parents took part in the ceremony, which was a sign of the event’s overwhelming success.
Goal of the award ceremony
to inspire and motivate the youngsters to keep working hard and making progress along the educational route they have chosen. In addition, the organization makes it possible for children to spend quality time with their families and gives them the chance to learn about their parents’ environments and places of employment in order to better understand their needs.
As a result, it will be possible for the children to understand what their parents are doing and how challenging it is for the parents to earn money to support the children. T, the new children will be able to love and appreciate their parents more, which will allow them to continue to work toward achieving higher levels of success in the upcoming semester.
Value of the ceremony
The Board of Directors has been working closely with the Executive Board of the company’s Trade Union; in order to continue fostering an environment where employees feel valued and inspired.
The health and safety of each and every employee is not the only thing that the Tan Lua Vang organization cares about when it comes to the workplace. In addition, we recognize the importance of investing in the next generation of workers and provide them with the support and encouragement they need to have a better future, both professionally and personally.
